Booking Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation at any time either online through 770.info or by directly contacting the host. The refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:
- Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in time, guests will receive a 100% refund of the already paid booking amount.
- No Refund: If the cancellation occurs 5 days or fewer before the check-in time, no refund will be issued.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
Security Deposit Refund Policy
A security deposit is collected to cover potential damages or violations during your stay. The security deposit will not be refunded if:
- The guest violates the property’s house rules; and/or
- The property, its equipment, or furnishings are left in a damaged or excessively dirty condition requiring repair, replacement, or cleaning beyond standard upkeep. Examples include, but are not limited to, stains on walls, furniture, or linens, clogged toilets, or similar issues.
The condition of the property will be assessed within 3 days following check-out. If no issues are identified, the security deposit will be refunded within 15 business days from the date of confirmation.
