1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a stay through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable house rules for your rental. Non-compliance may result in cancellation, additional fees, or legal action.
2. Booking & Payment
Reservations require full payment if booked less than 5 days before the check-in. If booked more than 5 days before check-in, 50% deposit is paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 5 days before the check-in.
Bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. You must provide accurate information and comply with identity verification requirements.
3. General Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy set by the Host and displayed before booking. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Different refund policies may apply in cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
3.2. Eligibility for Refunds. (a) Guest-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the listing. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Host’s policy.
(b) Host Cancellations: If a Host cancels a confirmed booking, Guests are entitled to a full refund or assistance with rebooking.
(c) Major Disruptive Events: If events beyond a Guest’s control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters) prevent the stay, a partial or full refund may be granted.

3.3. If the property is misrepresented or unavailable upon arrival, the Guest must report the issue within 24 hours of check-in to be considered for a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 15 business days.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and local laws. Unauthorized guests, parties, or commercial activities are strictly prohibited. Smoking and illegal substances are not allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for any damages and may be charged for repairs.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00pm | Check-out: 11:00am
Late check-outs may result in additional fees.
6. House Rules
Maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash properly. Follow specific instructions provided by the Host regarding noise levels, shared spaces, and amenities. Pets are allowed only if explicitly permitted in the listing.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
The Host is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of belongings during your stay. Guests assume all risks associated with using the rental property, including potential hazards, common neighborhood risks, risks to personal safety and personal injury based on dangerous conditions at the property.
8. Host Rights & Termination of Stay
The Host reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if a Guest violates these terms. If a Guest overstays beyond the check-out time, additional charges may apply, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
9. Disputes & Resolution
Disputes between Hosts and Guests should be resolved through the platform’s support service. Any legal claims will be governed by New York law.
